Hands on History
February 12, 2025 - 10:13 amYear One had the best day yesterday for Hands on History day! 
The children learnt all about medieval England and took part in a range of workshops: Learning about knights and castles, taking part in a mock battle, trying on medieval costumes, exploring weaponry, firing crossbows, identifying animals that may have been hunted from their skins and bones and exploring how fires would have been put out.
We hope they came home buzzing about history, we certainty did!
